Enter your postal code and we will tell you your hardiness zone.

Very cold winter. A good choice for Quebec's northern regions (approx. -35 to -40 °C average minimum temperature).

    For example: Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Upper Mauricie, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean

Planting and care

Plant in well-drained soil enriched with organic matter, in full sun for the best flowering. Spacing should be at least 0.75 m between plants. The planting hole should be twice as wide as the root ball and the same depth.

Water regularly after planting during the first growing season, then moderately after that. A light pruning in spring (before bud break) encourages a compact silhouette and abundant flowering. No disease or pest treatment is needed under normal conditions.
